The Report of the Commission of Inquiry into the Deployment of Canadian Forces to Somalia investigates the chain of command system, the leadership, discipline, actions and decisions of the Canadian Forces, as well as the actions and decision of the Department of Defense, in respect of the Canadian Forces' participation in the United Nations peacekeeping mission in Somalia in 1992-93.
