| Abstract: | An article describing the development and experience of the LibQUAL Canada Consortium convened to coordinate the participation of 54 Canadian academic and government libraries in the 2007 LibQUAL+ survey. The article also presents the results of a participants' survey on the future of the consortium and outlines some steps that could be taken to make the survey more effective for Canadian participants. LibQUAL+ is a web-based library service quality assessment instrument conducted twice annually by the Association of Research Libraries. |
