"Learning Together to Work Together: Spotlight on Student Research and Educational Initiatives in Inter-Professional Collaboration and Patient-Centred Care" took place on April 18, 2007 at Queen's University at Kingston, Canada. QUIPPED awarded stipends to pre- and post-licensure students in the Faculty of Health Sciences to enable them to conduct research or educational projects that addressed issues related to inter-professional education or collaborative patient-centred care. During the half-day event, stipend recipients presented papers and posters about their projects. Other students who were involved in QUIPPED research and community activities also presented their work, in order to inform the Queen's community about their efforts to improve patient-centred care and collaborative practice through inter-professional education.
