    Abstract
    The Kingston Police Data Collection Project was designed to gather information on the following research questions: are the police more likely to stop racial minority citizens than white citizens?; are racial minority citizens stopped for different reasons than white people?; are the outcomes of minority stops different than the of stops involving white citizens? The project ran from October 1, 2003 to September 30, 2004 in the City of Kingston, Ontario.
