Abstract
A slide show poster session at the LibQUAL+ Canada Workshop, Ottawa, June 14, 2006, sponsored by CARL and ARL. The slide show demonstrates how Queen's University Library used the InMagic database software to download and analyze the respondent free-text comments and make them available for querying by Library staff in planning their services.
