Abstract

Our history unit explores how Canada was affected by the Second World War, and how the lives of various groups in Canada were changed. Each lesson focuses on a specific historical thinking concept as a means to fully grasp the content and various themes that will be explored (such as discrimination, identity, etc.) Our lessons will foster critical thinking skills and give students a solid foundation for understanding historical thinking concepts.
